In 2007, CODE-NGO set aside P1.5M for 3 years to establish the Scholarship Fund for its member networks. The fund supports the professional development and continuing education primarily of the Secretariat staff and management, as well as the leaders of its member networks. The grant is open for any development course, whether formal academic or informal short term training programs, offered locally or abroad. To avail of the grant, applicants must be endorsed by their network Boards and must commit to serve the network or organization they represent after the scholarship program.

To date, a total of Php 120,000 scholarship grants have been released to PHILDHRRA, MINCODE and WEVNet scholars. The grants were utilized for courses such as financial management, IT systems administration, NGO governance and doctoral dissertation in education.
