The Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO) attended the meeting of the Development Administration Committee of the Regional Development Council (RDC) – Region V to present its COVID-19 Recovery Agenda for the Philippine Civil Society Organizations Sector.

CODE-NGO chair Aurora Reyes Chavez presided over the committee. Meanwhile, Program Officer for Advocacy Bryan Ezra Gonzales represented the coalition and presented its Recovery Agenda.

The committee voted unanimously in favor of supporting the agenda, which hopes to guide key stakeholders in pursuing reforms that would strengthen and widen the participation of CSOs in national and local governance.
