The Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO) is the largest national network of development NGOs in the Philippines.

Job Purpose

The Resource Mobilization Specialist role is a key position to realize CODE-NGO’s short-range resource mobilization plans. S/he manages CODE-NGO’s fundraising and resource mobilization activities.

He/she is tasked:

• To assist in enhancing the two-year Resource Mobilization plan of CODE-NGO
• To develop and implement funding strategies that deliver income targets for Sept – Dec 2021
• To research funding opportunities from local, multilateral, bilateral, and regional donors, corporate networks, and other major funding sources
• To identify and develop major givers, whether giving as individuals or through trusts or companies
• To develop and submit concept notes, expressions of interest, and proposals to identified funding donors and partners.

Person Profile

Essential Requirements

• At least five (5) years of comparable work experience in credible social development organizations
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in program administration or resource mobilization, ex. grant writing, crowdfunding, organizing fundraisers
• Networking and partnership development and nurturing skills
• Effective writing and communication skills in English
• Computer proficient; Uses Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to digest complex information quickly and express this crisply and clearly
