The Eastern Visayas Network is the only regional coalition of local NGOs and POs working in the six (6) provinces of Eastern Visayas which aims to heighten the level of involvement and build capacities of member base organizations (MBOs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) to constructively engage with development partners towards ethical governance and sustainable development.
