The Institute of Primary Health Care (IPHC) is the community extension arm of the Davao Medical School Foundation (DMSF). IPCH coordinated the distribution of the relief goods and donations to the recipients in partnership with other DMSF departments such as the Office of Student Affairs, Alumni Office and Laboratory Department.

IPHC was very active in several projects to support its students, agency-hired staff, and full-time staff during the ECQ.  Last May 20-23, 2020, IPHC provided a provision of relief goods to the 150 families of its education-sponsored children in the 4 barangays of San Isidro, Davao Del Norte. The relief goods include the ff: 6.5 kilos of rice, ¼ kg mongo beans, and 150 grams of dried dilis vegetable seeds sourced out from the Department of Agriculture. This aid totals P49,000.

IPHC also gave cash aid to the stranded students in Davao and to its staff in order to support them during the quarantine period.
