Eastern Visayas Network of NGOs & POs (EVNet)

The Eastern Visayas Network of NGOs and POs (EVNet) is a regional network composed of 12 NGOs and POs operating in the islands of Leyte, Samar and Biliran. EVNet seeks to contribute to the reduction of poverty and promote sustainable development by strengthening partnerships in Eastern Visayas as well as pool and share resources, expertise and information among its members. Its areas of engagement include biodiversity conservation and protection, capacity building, regional sustainable development and social entrepreneurship.

Among its on-going programs and projects include:

- National Budget Monitoring (DA)

- National Road Monitoring (DPWH)

- Inter-network and Multi-sectoral Regional Anti-Poverty Partnership (IMRAPP)

- Program Development and Resource Accessing

- Network Strengthening

- Members’ Capacity Building.
