Western Visayas Network of Social Development NGOs (WEVNet)

WEVNet is the leading NGO network in Western Visayas focused on sustainable development and citizens’ empowerment. The network is committed to building-up the capacities of its members, partners and constituencies to implement innovative programs for sustainable development and good governance. WevNet also strives to transform communities through its pro-development advocacy and the promotion of appropriate technologies. Its key areas of engagement include advocacy for good governance, sustainable development, appropriate technology and disaster relief and rehabilitation.

It has 6 provincial networks representing 84 NGOs, i.e. Antique Federation of NGOs (AFON)Aklan CAN, Capiz CODE, Guimaras NGO/PO Caucus, Iloilo CODE and Negros Caucus.
The following are some of its on-going programs and projects:
